Hello! Let me introduce myself. I'm Trish, a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and the owner-operator of A Healing Touch Massage.
I started A Healing Touch Massage back in 2010. I decide to branch off on my own after eight years of working at All About Massage to have more independence when it came to the quality of care I wished to provide my clients. I have put a lot of energy and love into growing my own practice into what it is today and I am proud of what A Healing Touch Massage has become.
I do my best to make sure that my work reflects how important your health and well-being are to me. People`s Health and Well-Being are two things I hold to the up-most importance in life and I do my best make sure that my work reflects that. I believe that as a society, we have more things in common than what keeps us apart, and we can all relate to wanting to be healthy and feeling well.
By getting a regular massage, you are taking time to listen to what your body is telling you. As you become more aware of your body's needs, you can begin to make decisions that will lead to a healthier lifestyle.
Being healthy relates not only to your physical self,
but to your mental and emotional self as well.
Your mental well-being is just as important to me as what is going on with your
Here's how massage can help. Reducing stress is necessary for a healthy lifestyle. When we put into stressful situations that are beyond our control, a relaxing or revitalizing massage can ease that stress, which results in our bodies healing and feeling better. Working with the parasympathetic nervous system (relaxing the nervous system) can decrease blood pressure and chronic pain, and improve digestion.
I am committed to learning new ways to treat my clients and providing you with the best possible care. Whether it is by studying new massage techniques or by improving on the skills I already have, I am eager to increase my knowledge.
