Patricia Lachance RMT owner  / operator

A native to the Sudbury area, I graduated from Sault College in 2002 and have been practicing massage ever since.   I had the pleasure of working eight years at All About Massage and have been on my own since 2010 when I decided to open my own practice, A Healing Touch Massage.

I am trained in ‘somato-psycho-pédagogie’ (psycho-somatic-education), which is a unique treatment that focuses on the connective tissue of the body to re-establish the link between the body, mind and the spirit.   I also have my Level 2 Reiki training and often use Reiki during treatments.   I have studied NISA, which is a fascia technique that helps free, stretch and clear the adhered tissues that can cause limitations with movement.   Certified in Hot Stone massage, visceral manipulation, and I am currently studying the use of essential oils and Micro-current point stimulation (MPS) as an effective pain release modality.

Feel free to call or book online.

Diane Vaillancourt Massage Practitioner

My name is Diane Vaillancourt and I have been helping people relax for over 15 years.   I am a certified reflexologist and am trained in chair massage and numerous modalities for relaxation massage.   I am also certified to do Level 1 Diabetic Foot Evaluation.

Originally from Sturgeon Falls, I moved to Sudbury in 2016.   I started Head to Toe Relaxation knowing that working with people is what I wanted to do.   I work in harmony, applying simple, natural processes that promote well-being in all I do.

My philosophy is a simple one… Massage services should be affordable and easy to fit into your demanding schedule.   Self-care, stress relief, pampering…Whatever you call it, you deserve to indulge yourself as often as your mind and body require.
