Brianne Nupponene RMT
Brianne has a passion for helping people through bodywork. She uses a variety of Swedish and deep tissue techniques, including myofascial and trigger point release. Before diving into massage therapy she was an office worker who started to experience aches and pains. This made her want to help people in similar situations, which got her back into school. She obtained an advanced diploma from Collège Boréal in April 2023 and graduated at the top of her classes with high honors.
Brianne is driven, loves learning and educating people about their bodies. As she continues to work as a Massage Therapist she wants to continuously improve her skills and offer more modalities to her clients by taking additional courses. She is currently offering cupping as a modality, will be doing her level 1 practical manual lymphatic drainage with Vodder this summer and plans on doing her level 2 in the future.
During her time away from massaging, she enjoys practicing yoga, exploring different provincial parks, conducting research, and enjoys spending time with her partner and two beloved cats.
Feel free to ask Brianne at your next appointment if she believes MLD could be beneficial for your needs. In the future, she plans to complete Level 3 training by the beginning of summer 2025, which will allow her to treat more complex cases involving damage to the lymphatic system, such as lymphedema.
