What Information We Collect and How We Use It 

 Any information we collect at A Healing Touch Massage generally falls into the Personally Identifiable Information category. Personally Identifiable Information refers to your medical history and specific personal information about you. This information is used to assist us in giving you best possible health care. 

When files are not in use, they are filed away and kept out of view and are accessible by only a registered massage therapist (RMT). 

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise re-transmit any Personally Identifiable Information we collect unless we have your permission to do so.  

Any Personally Identifiable Information you provide to us will be used for treatment purposes only. 

From time to time, we may be required to provide Personally Identifiable Information in response to court order, subpoena, or to insurance companies. We also reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we, in good faith believe to be unlawful. We may release Personally Identifiable Information when we believe that such release is reasonably necessary to enforce to protect the rights, property, and safety of others and ourselves.
